Erik has an earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and is an experienced executive, spokesperson, financial manager and negotiator.  He has a wealth of experience in large scale property management, operations, branding and customer service. His community service mindset, which led him to run for school board and county freeholder positions, is foundational to all he does. Under his leadership as Chairman, the Paterson Municipal Utility Authority (PMUA) experienced considerable financial growth. He successfully re-negotiated contracts for operation of the Hydro-Electric plant and engaged in successful federal negotiations for the creation of Great Falls National Historical Park, in Paterson, New Jersey, the 397th National Park in the USA. Erik has also held leadership positions at J.P. Morgan Chase and several other financial institutions.

In addition, Erik himself has prior justice system involvement and has successfully navigated the difficult road to finding meaningful work. This means that he is perfectly equipped to help others who are similarly circumstanced, to do the same! And it goes without saying that his business operations experience highly qualifies him to assist employers to find their best match!
